I apologize for doing this, but I changed all of the tag names because they were long enough to cause problems in Watchmaker:

Old Tag						New Tag
{tw_phone_notification_toggle_version}		{twpn_toggle_version}
{tw_phone_notification_toggle_running_as}	{twpn_toggle_as}

Fixed secondary tags that were not being created.
